What is POLYNOR®?

POLYNOR - closed cells, modern spray thermal insulation, sold canned.

The can is screwed onto a standard gun, which can be purchased at any DIY store. Put the special nozzle on the gun that attached it is for each can. The set prepared in this way is ready for spray. Unique and versatile insulation - an absolute novelty. Spray polyurethane foam Polynor is a great tool, easy to handle and clingy down all insulated surfaces.

It is used for the construction of internal and external insulation systems in new constructions, as well as during thermal modernization of old buildings. Perfect for insulating vehicles, tanks, pipes and other objects with a complex geometric shape. The pistol version guarantees high precision of application and greater efficiency.

Set of 3 angled nozzles
To apply POLYNOR® foam on the ceiling, it is necessary to use the blue nozzle with an angle ejection. The ears of the special nozzle should be perpendicular to the ground. Special nozzle directs the insulation flux up, move away towards you Remember that the container should always be in a position that allows the contents of the cylinder to drain into the gun valve. Tilting the container too much will result in gas escaping instead of foam. The use of a special angular nozzle for ceilings allows you to spray POLYNOR® without changing the correct position of the cylinder / gun.
Application Tips: tap the nozzle onto the end of the gun barrel. The gun with the pre-applied nozzle should be rested on a rigid and stable surface (eg a wall) and pressed down on the assembly until you hear a ?click?. The set prepared in this way is ready for spraying.

POLYNOR Teflon PRO foam gun

Professional 100% teflon gun, dedicated to Polynor foam, ensuring long life, comfort and the best performance when working with Polynor spray insulation. It is ideal for applying both Polynor foam and ordinary mounting foam, adhesives and sealants. The pistol barrel can be easily opened from the dried foam. The use of Teflon during the production of the tool makes the gun durable and resistant to dirt, mechanical damage and deformation. The pistol has a comfortable plastic handle that fits securely in your hand for maximum comfort during application. Centrally placed flow regulation ensures precise dosing of foam and prevents it from falling out.

ISUM cleaner
Professional cleaner for polyurethane foams. It is used to remove non-hardening polyurethane foams and adhesives. The cleaner dissolves one-component and two-component foam, and the applicator attached to the preparation allows you to clean dirty surfaces from non-solidified foam. Thanks to a specially developed composition, consisting of as many as 3 ingredients - acetone, isopropyl alcohol and ethyl acetate (ordinary cleaners consist only of acetone) is very effective in cleaning, and at the same time very efficient. The cleaner is also suitable for degreasing steel surfaces before applying POLYNOR foam. A professional cleaner valve prevents it from evaporating too quickly, so the cleaner stays in the container longer.

Please read the instructions for use carefully in the photo in the gallery. All the points in the instructions are very important for the efficient and safe use of the product.
The most important points:
- Clean working surfaces from dust and dirt, oil and ice stains;
- Shake the can before and sometime douring application;
- Keep the can temperature between 18-25°C. Do not overheat the tank - heating above 25ºC will reduce foam foaming and reduce the final insulation thickness. A tank that is too cold will not spray properly;
- Spraying is carried out at a distance of 30 to 45 cm from the surface. The greater the distance, the wider the surface coverage and the thinner the layer. - Failure to keep the appropriate distance will blow away the already applied foam;
- Remember that the container should always be in a position that allows the contents of the cylinder to drain into the gun valve. Tilting the container too  much will result in gas escaping instead of foam. Using a blue special angled ceiling nozzle allows you to spray POLYNOR® without changing the correct position of the cylinder / gun;
- Moisten with a water mist before applying the product the porous and absorbent building materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, plasters, concrete, wood . Do not wet too much (no drops of water can run down the surface). Smooth, non-absorbent surfaces such as: metal, glass, plastic, etc. - do not wet before application, only after;
