What is POLYNOR®?

POLYNOR - closed cells, modern spray thermal insulation, sold canned.

Screw the tube applicator to the can which is attached for each can. The set prepared in this way is ready for spray. Unique and versatile insulation - an absolute novelty. Spray polyurethane foam Polynor is a great tool, easy to handle and clingy down all insulated surfaces.

- It is very effective - thermal transmittance lambda it is only 0.030 W / m *
- Thanks to the canned form Polynor packaging is economical;
- The small package includes insulation that is enough to cover up to 1 m2 of the surface (with 5cm layer) ;
- Easy to transport;
- It does not require foil, frame, glue or other traditional methods of fixing - just spray it;
- It is light, thanks to which it does not burden the insulated structure;
- It has excellent viscosity and adhesion corresponding to all modern ones materials construction, except foil and Teflon;
- Thermal plaster, water dispersion and water-based paint can be applied to the insulation;
- Ideal for floor, ceiling, wall insulation, insulation and complex uneven surfaces, pipe insulation, garages, cars, technical equipment.

Spray insulation POLYNOR Home is a high-quality, one-component thermal insulation with versatile use. It is used for the construction of internal and external insulation systems in new constructions, as well as during thermal modernization of old buildings. Perfect for insulating vehicles, tanks, pipes and other objects with a complex geometric shape. A tube applicator with a spray nozzle is attached to each container. You do not need a professional gun and cleaner.

Please read the instructions for use carefully in the photo in the gallery. All the points in the instructions are very important for the efficient and safe use of the product.
The most important points:
- Clean working surfaces from dust and dirt, oil and ice stains;
- Shake the can before and sometime douring application;
- Keep the can temperature between 18-25°C. Do not overheat the tank - heating above 25ºC will reduce foam foaming and reduce the final insulation thickness. A tank that is too cold will not spray properly;
- Spraying is carried out at a distance of 30 to 45 cm from the surface. The greater the distance, the wider the surface coverage and the thinner the layer. - Failure to keep the appropriate distance will blow away the already applied foam;
- Remember that the container should always be in a position that allows the contents of the cylinder to drain into the gun valve. Tilting the container too much will result in gas escaping instead of foam. You can curve the tube applicator in to the roof to avoid too big can tilt;
- Moisten with a water mist before applying the product the porous and absorbent building materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, plasters, concrete, wood . Do not wet too much (no drops of water can run down the surface). Smooth, non-absorbent surfaces such as: metal, glass, plastic, etc. - do not wet before application, only after;
